By calling on knowledge gained through many years of studies, qualifications and ten years of successful clinical practice, I have worked with people from all walks of life with many physical and emotional challenges. This includes many World Class athletes.

I work alongside General medicine practitioners and Consultants.

Consultations are relaxed and friendly taking between one and a half to two hours.

I take a detailed health and lifestyle history; we review your eating habits and any medications. Together we find a personalised protocol to help you back to balanced health and vitality.
